As time progressed, many alumni of Noam HaTorah got married and the Rosh HaYeshiva began to receive numerous requests to establish a Kollel. Many of the avreichim sought to continue learning and growing in the Yeshiva atmosphere, while benefitting from the guidance of the esteemed Yeshiva staff. The Rosh HaYeshiva heeded their call, and Kollel Noam HaTorah was established.

The goal of the Kollel is to continue cultivating the married talmidim into genuine talmidei chachamim, and that they receive semicha in halachah while becoming proficient in a large portion of Shas, eventually becoming community Rabanim and leaders worldwide. Baruch Hashem, the Kollel continues to reach, and even surpass that goal. Some avreichim have received semicha in Yoreh Deah, and are continuing with other parts of Shulchan Aruch. Other avreichim continue to join the Kollel, beginning their journey of receiving semicha as well.
